These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EchoClik application ("the app") and this website. EchoClik is distributed through the Apple Mac App Store. By downloading or using EchoClik, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. License

EchoClik is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). Where those Apple terms address the same subject, they govern the Apple-specific aspects of your license.

2. Purchases and refunds

EchoClik is sold exclusively through the Apple Mac App Store. Apple is the merchant of record: all purchases, billing, applicable taxes and receipts are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. We never receive or store your payment details.

Because Apple processes the transaction, refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a problem with the app, contact us first and we'll try to make it right.

3. System requirements

EchoClik requires macOS 13.0 (Ventura) or later, running on Apple Silicon & Intel. Please confirm your device meets these requirements before purchasing; the Mac App Store listing shows the current compatibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EchoClik to:

5. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes and new features through the Mac App Store at our discretion. We aim to keep the app current, but we do not guarantee any specific feature, update schedule or indefinite support for older macOS versions.

6. Intellectual property

EchoClik, its name, logo and all related content are the property of the developer and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the app, not any ownership rights.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

EchoClik is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk. Although EchoClik encrypts your data locally, you are responsible for your own backups and device security.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use EchoClik. In all cases, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

9. Apple App Store terms

Because EchoClik is distributed through the Mac App Store, the following applies to the extent required by Apple:

10. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must stop using the app and delete all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EchoClik after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
